Each and every day, government actions influence the quality of life for PCS Phosphate employees, customers and communities.  Through laws and regulations, state and federal leaders make decisions that impact our company’s ability to succeed, which in turn impacts our jobs, communities and the products we can provide to our customers.

PCSVotes.com is a key part of PCS Phosphate’s strategy to help shape our external environment.  It is the company’s grassroots initiative to educate and engage employees and other stakeholders, and seek their support on legislation important to PCS Phosphate.

Through the information and interactive tools located on this web site, you can easily locate your elected officials and candidates for office, learn about their opinions and positions on issues that affect PCS Phosphate, get voting information, and communicate with your elected officials on key company issues.  Key issues like the mine continuation permit or other pertinent issues should receive the appropriate attention from elected officials, and they will if we are represented.

I am reminded of a quote from Thomas Jefferson:
          “We in America do not have government by the majority.
            We have government by the majority who participate.”

Bottom line:  When we are informed and active in government and elections, PCS Phosphate and its communities and families benefit.
